ProsGreat flexibility, Innovation prone atmosphere, Great International/Local mobility and Worklife balance a little above the average.

ConsSo much bureaucracy, extreme long decisions lead time and poor career plan mainly to undergraduate ones.

Advice to Senior ManagementReview the motivational matrix, benefits, salaries, more consistant career plan.
