I have been working at Scotiabank full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

This bank is good for people looking to start in the financial services industry. Once you get some experience go and work for the other more professional banks

    Cons

Career management is non existing. They do not reward or recognize talent. Most branch managers are extremely incompetent but have been there for decades, which exempts them from being efficient or even motivated.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

They promise a lot in terms of career advancement, they never deliver
