Pros – good salary, challenges, and good team to work with. very good training to get into recruitemnt. recruitment is a great learning place for many sales job.
Cons – long hours, high stress, candidate can be difficult to deal with
Advice to Senior Management – give more room initiative, less stressed about small kpis
