Former Employee – worked at SmartBrief full-time for more than a year

Pros – Unbeatable location in the heart of downtown DC, very friendly community, beer machine, interesting challenges

Cons – Incredibly sales focused atmosphere leaves little room for modernization or innovation

Advice to Senior Management – Determine and focus more on long-term goals and don't sacrifice progress towards them for quick cash infusions.
