    Pros

    cheap flight benefits~ but flights are always full so forget getting on~

    Cons

    company seems to lack vision. what is the future plan? no competent supervisors~ they're kind of clueless and hired off the street~ so don't expect any help when irregular ops happen.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    figure out ~ where the company is heading and make it happen. hire people who actually know what they're doing. back up supervisors. stop pumping sunshine up~ the culture is gone.

    Solid company with great leadership. Company has been around a long time and has been very profitable.

    Cons

    Company is 88% union. Constant battle where the union turns the employees against the company.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Just because you have been at the Company doesn't mean you need to stop leading your people.
