I have been working at Stanford Hotel Group full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Great renovation but forgot that a hotel is built by team members and not mortar
Cons – stagnant, micro managed, lied to, unprofessional
Advice to Senior Management – Do unto other s and treat others as you want them to treat you
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend
