    Less promotional items compared to a real Starbucks. Health benefits provided by your employer.

    Cons

    Fast paced, busy, management typically is not directly underneath starbucks, but your employer.

    You get free coffee, and other awesome discounts

    Cons

    For 9.25 and hour, the amount of abuse, physical labor, and endless rules and regulations to follow, it is not worth it
