I worked at Starbucks full-time (more than 5 years)

    Pros

Easy, great benefits even for part time, friendly coworkers, good customers.

    Cons

Low pay, expected to be available at the last minute if someone calls in, corporate places completely unreasonable expectations for a minimum wage job.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend some time actually working in your stores before dictating how it should be run. Most of them have never worked behind the counter in their life, and it shows.

I have been working at Starbucks part-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Great benefits for part time job

    Cons

Hard to move up if you cannot give more than 25 hours a week to work.
Waking up as early as 3am to get to work is something you never adjust to.
