Former Employee – worked at Starwood Hotels & Resorts full-time for more than a year
Pros – There are good benefits and its a very large company so there is almost an unlimited amount of growth available to you to take advantage of some career opportunities
Cons – There is still limits as to high you can go such as is true with any Job or Career you chose to work to build others dreams and not your own. To make it high in the company would take a long time.
