Pros – Flexibility for life work balance
Accessibility to top management
Company is very open to change
Try very hard to keep employee morale up
Cons – Have to be very political
Very clickish
Good work does not get you noticed
No room for growth
Very top heavy
Layoffs are keep employee morale low
Advice to Senior Management – give people the opportunity to grow, and really take the time to know who your good and valuable employees are, don't get blindsided by the people that are brown nosing
