Current Employee – been working at SunTrust full-time for more than 3 years

Pros – Solid Company;
Big enough, but not too big;
A lot of technology work;
Nice people

Cons – "Tactical" solution often prevails over the good one
Somewhat fuzzy lines of responsibility
Too many people in meetings

Advice to Senior Management – Shift from reaching consensus to accepting resposibility for decisions
