I have been working at Syntel full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Good environment and good people. Good company for a fresher.
Company gets lots of projects because they bid lower than other vendors

Cons – Low salaries and mgmt slow on decision making,

Advice to Senior Management – Need to pay as per Industry standards to retain good resources
