“A Great Place with a lot of unfulfilled Potential”
Current Employee – been working at T-Mobile full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Very Competitive environment. The values premise of the company is very admirable. The pay is very competitive.
Cons – The competitiveness of the culture is also a detractor. It makes the integrity of the results very important and sometimes questionable. Also it can be less than an friendly environment below the Team Manager level when metrics are not met.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
