“Sleepy and timid culture despite grandiose visions”
Current Employee – been working at TIAA-CREF full-time for more than a year
Pros – Decent pay, good benefits, benign neglect.
Cons – Not a high performance culture. Everything takes longer than it should. Have to remind people over and over for any request. Nice place to hang out - don't count on getting much done.
Advice to Senior Management – have a cup of coffee, make some decisions, quit coddling sycophantic dawdlers
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
