Pros – - Good company to work for in IT Middleware domain (Best of both the worlds: Small company and offers growth in terms of position
- Exit opportunities to IBM, Accenture and Deloitte
Cons – - Salary growth: Slow
- Focus on specialist rather than generalists.
Once you specialize in the product, its hard to diversify and move around within the company.
