“A mixed plate.”
Former Employee – worked at TRG Customer Solutions full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great environment for learning if you're so inclined.
Cons – A lot of politics and sucking up...especially in the tech dept. Need to be in good books to progress otherwise everyone will try to squash you.
Advice to Senior Management – need more transparency and replace the bureaucracy with technocrats.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
