I have been working at Talisma full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – If you are in a new project you get plenty of opportunities to learn.
Sometime you can get working from two different offices but again it is project dependent.
Cons – If you end up in a maintenance project there isn't much to explore and learn.
The work from home option is not for all.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
