I worked at Target part-time (less than an year)

    Pros

Store level management, indeed all store level team members are skilled, friendly, competent, and willing to help or offer advice.

    Cons

Corporate Policies are horrible, Stores are understaffed so breaks are often overlooked. And the new Red-Card quota policy is grossly unreasonable, unfair, and will cost the store it's best cashiers.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Protest the absurd corporate policies, and take BACK the concept of "fast, fun, and friendly" Unionize if you have to!
