Great if you are young and fabulous-if you are over 35 with retail experience you probably won't be hired.

    Pros

Brand Recognition/customer loyalty. They have loyal shoppers.

    Cons

They like their leadership young-straight out of college and cheap! If they want you gone, they will find a way/excuse.

    Advice to Management

It's pretty obvious you do not value experience over a cute 26 year old with a college degree. In the 10+ years I was there I saw one person retire. Everyone gets old eventually. When Bob Ulrich retired as CEO the company went downhill rapidly.
