Current Employee – been working at Tata Institute of Fundamental Research full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – the culture,work environment , freedom in every aspect and self respect
Cons – No scope of growth for engineering/ scientific staff in TIFR
Advice to Senior Management – respect evary one in the organisation,, Phd means that your expert in all areas.
