I worked at Tenderloin Neighborhood Development full-time for more than a year
Pros – Intelligent, hard-working, passionate coworkers were an inspiration to be around. The senior management are effective and caring. The monthly all-staff luncheons were awesome. It is a great place to work as a first job out of college to build up your resume and skills. Amazing health benefits.
Cons – The non-profit salary and retirement benefits aren't always the most enticing.
