The Children's Place Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at The Children's Place part-time

Pros – great team atmosphere, pleasant customers, fun music helps the day go by a little faster. PLUS, lots of cute little kids shopping with parents for cute new clothes

Cons – management cuts hours AT LEAST ONCE/WEEK, leaving my paycheck little to nothing for all the hard work I have put in. It also seems that there is a lot of nepotism/favoritism going on within management; people with little to no leadership skills are getting promoted to management positions, and they hardly do ANY work.

Advice to Senior Management – CONSIDER EMPLOYEES' QUALIFICATIONS BEFORE PROMOTING THEM TO MANAGEMENT POSITIONS. 19-year-olds who have barely graduated high school should NOT be promoted into a management position.
