“Great team and overall focus. Corporate does not treat their satellite offices as well as corporate.”
Current Employee – been working at The Hartford full-time for more than 8 years
Pros – Great sales opportunities!
Unique product portfolio, life division.
Cons – Satellite offices have minimal advancement opportunity, unless you are interested in sales.
Advice to Senior Management – The company needs to be less top heavy, and more employee development oriented. Top talent does not stay where they cannot grow.
