“Smart Colleagues, Important Mission”
Current Employee – been working at TheLadders.com full-time
Pros – Very strong technology team, exciting future, low BS, great snackroom, strong financials, helping people get jobs feels good, more focused product vision in 2013. All developers switching to macbook pros, 30 inch monitors all around. Lots of learning opportunities in tech. Technology used: Java, Scala, iOS, Storm, RabbitMQ, Membase, Memcache, Clustrix, Backbone, Sass, Puppet, Varnish, Mercurial.
Cons – Hard to lose weight with the snacks. Lots of change in 2012, but settling down and new direction looks promising.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep the pedal down and stay focused.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
