Current Employee – been working at Thermo Fisher Scientific full-time for more than 7 years

Pros – Big company, generally secure in this climate, for the most part I work with a fantastic group of people!!

Cons – Red tape, overstretched in places, managment often seems to take the 50,000ft view - forgetting those people at the "coal face".

Advice to Senior Management – Spend some time with the sales team - talk, and listen to their views.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
