Pros

Very good work/life balance. Extremely flexible, so long as you deliver on time. Management allow pet projects to be undertaken and show a genuine interest in their result

Cons

Pay is not linked to performance. Frustrating structure doesn't make it easy to collaborate across silo's, need to encourage agile teams across the organisation.

Advice to Management

Tighter alignment of pay to performance.

    Pros

family friendly policies, easy to work from home, good benefits, easy to work in different capacities and take on new challenges

    Cons

product development slow, too much "dead wood", too many experienced people made redundant and their jobs being outsourced to Asia which created an atmosphere of lack of responsibility and lack of knowledge, flagship product Eikon not up to scratch

    Advice to Management

become faster and more snappy and value your good and experienced people

    Pros

It's a great company where you get a lot of flexibilities and to be able to have a work life balance environment

    Cons

In recent years, there are too many rounds of restructures. It's good to restructure and to keep up with the current market conditions, but the restructures happened in the last few years appeared to be that the management is doing the trial and error, which resulted huge wastes of resources, money, customers..etc.

    Advice to Management

Get the strategies right! Too many hierarchies in the company, from a frontline staff all the way to CEO is 7 layers, not allowing decisions to make quickly, timely, which looses opportunities.
