    Pros

    - Carefree atmosphere, do what you want there no body will ask you
    - If you want to become a lawyer in the future you can learn something here

    Cons

    - Worst place on earth to work here, it is a horrible place full of politics and regionalism
    - Somehow many Andhra people got recruited here and everyone here speaks in Telugu
    - If you don't know or understand Telugu here, people will make fun of you
    - No professionalism here, people act like thugs
    - Work is very little, no coding or development work just maintaining web servers
    - Very old technology to work with, most of it is obsolete in the industry

    Advice to Management

Thomson Reuters is an excellent company but be very careful about West Law/Legal, Novus division. Never join this department else you will regret a lot.
