ProsInternship is flexible, you get some good experience, and can get a good reccomendation, the people are smart and friendly, and I got a full time offer after doing the internship.

ConsYou have to be realistic about pay, its an internship, and its not some crazy startup that is going to throw crazy money at you.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease keep the internship program, it realy is wonderful.
