Current Employee – been working at UCSF Medical Center full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Lots of scheduling flexibility available. Great shuttle system to get between campuses, especially useful if you live close to a campus.
Cons – Parking issues. Labor reduction initiatives are planned across the organization. For the 3rd year in a row, there will be job responsibilities combined.
Advice to Senior Management – Often times clear direction is not given and sometimes seems intentionally vague. Some managers who actually want to listen to their employees do not have the time to do so.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
