“Good Career Exploration”
Former Employee – worked at UPS part-time for less than a year
Pros – Earn extra holiday cash and get more job experience. Can lead to a permanent job after seasonal period.
Cons – Long hours in all weather conditions. Dress warm. Must be very careful in certain conditions, but well worth it.
Advice to Senior Management – Continue to offer great training like you did for me and continue to reward hard work. Thank you.
