too many managers too much internal review endless restructuring never know who is your real boss

make single point accountability real, stop every decision needing to be made by a half dozen managers, kill the fear of risk culture

    Pros

    Exciting and fun work. Performance driven. Great bonus and benefits. Flexi working hours and can work from home. Leaders are inspiring. Many good people to learn from.

    Cons

    Strong Clans formed by certain races and people of same background made it hard to get promoted unless you are part of the clan. High stress, workload and pressure. Poor work life balance. HR let almost anyone get away with bad behavior if the person can deliver results. Results at all cost culture can bring out the worst in many people.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Need to look into fair and transparent promotion opportunity for all. Genuinely improve work life balance by moderating work load.
