“No parking and no place to sit”

Hyderābād

Current Employee – been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time for more than a year

Pros – Pros –
1. Good Work life balance, Managers do understand our concerns related to personal life and let us work from home when required.
2. Decent pay roles.

Cons – Cons –
1. Poor training standards (Not recommended for freshers).
2. Parking place for your 2 or 4 wheeler is a joke, Facilities team laughed at me when I asked for parking sticker.
3. No/ Less onsite opportunities
4. No feedback taken from employees on facilities like Food/Transport/Parking
