I have been working at UnitedHealth Group full-time (more than an year)

Pros

Pros –
1. Good Work life balance, Managers do understand our concerns related to personal life and let us work from home when required.
2. Decent pay roles.

Cons

Cons –
1. Poor training standards (Not recommended for freshers).
2. Parking place for your 2 or 4 wheeler is a joke, Facilities team laughed at me when I asked for parking sticker.
3. No/ Less onsite opportunities
4. No feedback taken from employees on facilities like Food/Transport/Parking

    Pros

    one of the leading Payers in Operations.

    Cons

    The People getting Promoted inside are not getting the same treatment as the people who are hired from outside and are not that much verse with the Domain, Still they get better perka and salaries and The Person who has cleared the IJP for the same position will not get the same benefits as the person from the outside does.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Although this is management strategy that outside people bring change to an organization and i am supporter of that but management should look at hiring people from the same domain rather then hiring people from the other domain and wait on them to get well verse with our domain also the Internal moved up persons should also be taken care and they should feel like they are an "ASSET" to the company and they should feel proud.
