I have been working at University of California Berkeley

    Pros

Connections, fast paced, you get to be involved in many projects, the opportunities are endless, and you get to work with national team coaches.

    Cons

It could be more organized. It seems some people have much more work than others and not enough time or resources.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

There needs to be more organization and more communication between different departments. Seems like things tend to get lost often.

I have been working at University of California Berkeley

    Pros

The best reason to work at UC Berkeley is that you are surrounded by the best and the brightest individuals in a variety of fields. There are countless resources all around you.

    Cons

The downsides are the budget cuts which inhibit some department's abilities to conduct research as they no longer have the funding they need.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

My advice to the leadership of UC Berkeley is please do not cut funding towards research programs or student programs.
