I have been working at University of North Carolina full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Campus Environment
Great security once you get past probation period, if you are an SPA employee
Cons – No raises no matter how hard you work. Some offices are very political
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
