Satisfactory

Anonymous Employee (Current Employee) Philadelphia, PA (US)

ProsStimulating environment, knowledgeable people, try to improve experience of patients and medical students (i work in Medical school), top-of-the-line expertise, fosters collaboration

ConsOlder colleagues may be stuck on certain ways, relatively slow to adapt to new ideas, bureaucracy like in most big institutions

Advice to Senior Managementbe more flexible, get feedback from people under you and REALLY use it (not just to fill the paper)
