Pros – 1. They are an industry leader in their business
2. Very good working culture - people are very good to each other
3. Operational improvements have been very significant over the last several years. Along with strong financial position, they are well positioned when the economy improves.
4. Benefits are very good, while salaries are market average.
5. Long tenures and they like to promote from within.

Cons – Good work will be recognized, but it's an insurance company, so it's not flashy.
