I have been working at VMware full-time for more than 3 years
Pros – A great product with a real ROI for customers. Leadership has heart and true vision. Leadership truly cares for the team. I have worked for many companies but VMware just keeps on getting better
Cons – Growing fast so at times infrastructure falls behind. At time you loose time dealing with the issues associated with lack of internal systems to support day to day tasks.
Advice to Senior Management – Keep thinking out of the box!
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
