    Not too many processes, available work in all layers

    Cons

    Things change and move fast, one day you might find out your team doesn't exist anymore in a day.

    I worked at VMware full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

    A great place with great people in a great town. Great! Great! What more can be said. If I ever choose another company, this would be it.

    Cons

    There are no cons. Loved the people, locations, free food. Club Trips were great. This is a no brainer of a place to work and build a life long career.
