Pros

WWR offers opportunity to grow if you are a person that is willing to work hard. Many of my ideas have been embraced by my manager. Also, the pay and benefits are good. Furthermore, new COO is technically strong and moving the Firm forward with new technology that will be very beneficial to the business units. Additionally, the new Managing Partner, Scott Weltman, has brought a new, fresh perspective to WWR.

Cons

There are some attorneys that are intimidating. Also, some of the Collections areas can be very demanding.

Pros

Benefits Office Managing Attorney Helping people in need

Cons

Compensation is not competitive given the workload and broader market expectations. Leadership effectiveness varies, with inconsistency most noticeable at the management level. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development are limited, which contributes to high turnover across the organization, including among both attorneys and support staff. Diversity within management and attorney leadership roles is limited, and promotion decisions can feel influenced more by subjective management perceptions, race and popularity than by objective performance. This can create the perception that advancement opportunities are not equitable. While diversity initiatives exist in name, they lack visible follow‑through and meaningful engagement, often appearing reactive rather than intentional. This inconsistency reflects broader challenges with alignment between stated commitments and day‑to‑day practices.
