“Good Experience”
I have been working at WellPoint full-time for more than a year
Pros – Great training, nice managers(but they are powerless), great starter job.
Cons – Everything seems to be done backwards. impossible to advance.
Advice to Senior Management – focus a little more on your employees.
Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend
