Great company to work for, I really enjoyed my time in the Private Bank

Client Service Consultant II (Former Employee) Salt Lake City, UT (US)

ProsGood management with many years of experience. Pay, benefits, time off is average or slightly above average. Great team environment.
-100% match on 401k up to 6%
-2 days off a year to volunteer at your choice of charity.
-3 weeks vacation

Strong company with stable balance sheet.

ConsSoftware is outdated and slow. If you mind working one weekend day this may be con, but with time you will get a better schedule. You will run into people that dislike Wells Fargo and have been in there position for a long time, this is due to there lack of motivation not lack of opportunity. Brokerage side of the business may be limited but the bank has many ops. Pay may not be as well though.

-The only reason I left was op to gain additional licenses, increase in pay, and gain experience in different part of the brokerage business that isn't available at Well Fargo; at least not in UT.

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
