Former Employee - Senior Business Analyst in Minneapolis, MN (US)

    Pros

This company gave me the freedom I needed to succeed and thrive, even letting people access Facebook of all sites on the Internet. I didn't feel too constrained. The technology was good and most of my co-workers were pretty smart.

    Cons

Now that my role is over, I am trying to get another job at Wells and it's hard to even get an interview.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Give outside candidates to your company some consideration, speed up the hiring process. It is slow. I will have another job before you interview me.

Overall its not too bad. The people are friendly but it is kind of a challenge to move up.

Current Employee - Loan Servicing Specialist  in  Eagan, MN (US)
Current Employee - Loan Servicing Specialist in Eagan, MN (US)

    Pros

Decent pay, friendly work environment, steady work, the managers are not super strict. You also get to work on your own without having to report every single thing to managers and they're not always looking over you back.

    Cons

The work can be a bit tedious, there is constant changes to processes, it can be challenging to move up, sometimes the work is super slow (makes the day go by slow). Also when it is slow there is a feeling you could be let go at any time.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Maybe not show so much favor to certain people just for liking the same team as you.
