    Relative freedom of how you work regrading methods and processes. Focus on technology and personnel balance. Looking to grow but cautious of over stretching.

    Cons

    Flexibility can lead to lack of focus in some areas. Expansion will lead to strain on resources no matter how hard you try to mitigate

    More shared common practices, is use of agile software development. Better medium term road map and communicate this down stream
