“Very positive experience at whirlpool”
I have been working at Whirlpool full-time for more than 7 years
Pros – Very empathetic towards employees lots of opportunities
Cons – Everything is consensus-based takes a long time to get anything done
Advice to Senior Management – Just make decisions don't try to get consensus for every single thing
