Former Employee - Contract Account Manager in Los Angeles, CA (US)

I worked at Whirlpool full-time for more than 10 years

Pros

Work 3 days a week, company card to expense fast food for client lunches, mileage payments, fly under the radar with ease

Cons

Horrible sales direction, poor training, CEO is awful, VP of Sales is clueless, corporate is in a ghetto small town that is stuck in the 90's, the company lays off employees to help the bottom line instead of cutting spending.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Until CEO is ousted there is no advice that will matter. Company is watching the competition surpass in innovation.
