“Quality has gone way down due to the new managements ideas. Very sad for the consumer and frustrating for employees.”
Current Employee – been working at Whirlpool full-time for more than 10 years
Pros – Hourly wages are reasonable. Great benefits to salary employees including the newly hired ones. Not a long drive to and from work.
Cons – Company convenience. Job bidding and seniority mean nothing. No rights or respect for employees by management or HR.
No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
