Whole Foods Employee Review

Current Employee – been working at Whole Foods full-time for less than a year

Pros – Really and truly a great company. They put a lot into their employees as far as training.

Cons – As with any place you have bad leaders, but it seems that even they can make it up through the company.

Advice to Senior Management – Before promoting people talk to team members that person worked with. Just because they interview well or look good on paper doesn't mean they would be a good TL

Yes, I would recommend this company to a friend – I'm optimistic about the outlook for this company
