I worked at Wireless Advocates part-time for more than a year

Pros

Generally nice staff, and management.

Cons

Some managers aren't very experienced.

Advice to ManagementAdvice

Keep doing what you're doing. Its cell phone sales, not many different formulas that work. Maybe move to a better sales logging system.

    Pros

It is located in the heart of Belltown and they offer a commuters package that includes an ORCA card or a parking pass.

    Cons

Work-life balance isn't at the top of totem. It is very difficult to take a two week vacation. There are very few career paths available.
