ProsA very supportive organization. They put agents first. Fun place to work.

ConsIn my site it was very disorganized because it was new. If you're at an established site, it won't be as disorganized.

Advice to Senior ManagementJust remember supportive org and remember that the agents are the front line and they earn you money. So take care of them.
