I have been working at Xerox as a contractor for less than a year

ProsXerox provides a wonderful environment for it's employees to work. They offer competitive pay and friendly employees. The training centers create a great environment for learning, with top notch tools and resources to complete the job.

ConsSome of the downfalls are the occational system issues and communication separation between employees and management. The biggest con is the project based environment and the manner in which they dismiss temporary employees.

Advice to Senior ManagementPlease communicate to employees better.

No, I would not recommend this company to a friend – I'm not optimistic about the outlook for this company
