    Great and smart people to work with. Managers are mature and serious enough to give empowerment and trust to direct reports.

    Too much drama with the board and lack of stability at high level executive management .

    Pros

    People's spirit, employees ability to organize their time schedule and reward based on performance
    Employees are very attached to the company and want it to win
    Salaries and benefits are extremely competitive
    Fantastic user base and brand name, although we need to reboost them
    Solid tech stack although it is being revamped and it can be old fashioned and not so efficient
    Very good relationship with publishers, creating an ecosystem, not trying to destroy them
    Agencies and advertisers expecting Yahoo! to succeed
    Renewed leadership (Executive Management and Board of Directors) since April 2012 with clear vision and direction after years of back-and-forth and hesitations

    Cons

    Too many middle managers creating a complex organization to navigate
    Executive Leadership is good but the level below is hugely criticized
    Advertising systems are not competitive and we can expect changes soon
    Publishing tools must be updated
    Not easy to grow career
    Brand popularity to be refreshed
    Lots of ground to cover in mobile publishing and advertising
